FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • How much do you charge?
    The cost of a personal training package will depend on the type of package, the time of your personal training sessions e.g. peak/off-peak, the total duration of your package, and your goal so no set figure can be provided. However, there are options to either pay for 3-months upfront, or pay in instalments for affordability but these details must be discussed in person and all variables considered before a figure can be provided.
  • How long will it take for my body transformation?
    A body transformation may take between 10-20+ weeks depending on a few variables including: - How much body fat you have to lose. - Your total length of package. - Your commitment (the number of personal training sessions per week). - Your training age (experience of training). - History of dieting - Current state of health. - Your genetics. These variables will all be considered when discussing a time-frame but it will ultimately depend on your commitment to change and willingness to adhere to your plan.
  • Do I need a gym membership?
    For Personal Training services, you will require a gym membership at Anytime Fitness in Sutton In Ashfield - details below. For online services, you can either get a gym membership or you can exercise from home but you will need appropriate equipment. Hi, I’m Ashley.

I’ve been in the fitness industry for a total of 13 years, much of that time spent learning from some of the most renowned personal trainers in the world.

 

For me, the goal is simple: I only care about results which is something you expect from an expert in the personal training world. I’m all about helping you to achieve the best results that you can in the shortest and most efficient time-frame. I track everything thus leaving nothing to chance, and my methods are backed by science and experience. Ultimately, I am the last personal trainer you’ll ever need.
